As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate, fun to work with, Backend Team Leader to join our team and build great products with us.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of backend developers including hands-on involvement
- Responsible for tasks analysis, design, timelines and quality
- Work closely with the company CTO and Product Managers
- Work closely with other development and QA teams and groups
- Responsible for the code standard and code quality of the team
- Responsible to enforce the development processes of the team
- Report risks or any delays in advance
- Committed to team tasks
- Support team members
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Computer Science Degree (or equivalent)
- At least 4 years of experience in advanced web development
- Experience and expert-level knowledge in one of the following: Python / Node.js / PHP
- Experience and deep knowledge in database design with emphasis on MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Practical experience in Linux / AWS / Git
- Knowledge in Web Servers, Data Flows and Web Security
- Understanding of Frontend technologies, such as React/Vue.js/Angular, HTML5 and CSS3 – Advantage
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages – Advantage
